Sebastian Beer is a Technical Assistance Advisor with the IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department. Before joining the IMF in August 2017, he worked as a country economist for the Oesterreichische Nationalbank and as an economic consultant for the World Bank Group. Sebastian's research focuses on fiscal policy and taxation. He holds a PhD in economics and a MSc in economic psychology.
