Sibongile Mazibuko is the Programme Manager, Cities Support Programme, National Treasury. She has 35 years experience in local government having served as a City Manager of Mangaung Metro and prior to that as the Executive Director of the 2010 FIFA World Cup for the city of Johannesburg. Prior to that she served as the Chief Operations Officer for the city of Johannesburg and the Executive Officer, Property Management for the Western MLC in Johannesburg.
