Tara Sharafudeen is a Consultant with MNSSD. Prior to this she was Senior Operations Officer, South Asia Region of the World Bank. Before joining the Bank she was a senior civil servant in India. She has worked on youth participation, leadership and employment issues in India as a policy maker, and with civil society.
