Urvashi is a consultant in the Solutions for Youth Employment (S4YE) team, where she synthesizes evidence on active labor market interventions in low- and lower middle-income countries. Her research interests span from youth employment, digital education and the future of work to climate finance and evaluating programmatic impact using econometrics and data science. She previously led the skills for life and livelihood portfolio at UNICEF, India and also worked to implement the Government of India’s flagship skill development scheme. She is currently a graduate student of development economics at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
