Willem Janssen is an Agricultural Specialist in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region of the World Bank. He led the region’s work on responses to climate change in agriculture and he is currently piloting mechanisms for South-South collaboration. He holds MSc and PhD degrees from Wageningen Agricultural University, the Netherlands.
