William Sam is an accomplished software architect and engineer with over 20 years experience in designing and developing software products. He is proficient in several technologies including PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MySQL among others. He was recently involved in projects developing mobile solutions for the Apple iOS and Android platforms. William is also a Senior Certified Associate of the Balanced Scorecard Institute and works a consultant with the Health in Africa team of the World Bank Group in Ghana to develop the Survey Management and Analytics System.
