Xiaoyu Chang is a carbon finance analyst working in the climate and carbon finance domain for the past five years. Currently, he manages a portfolio of 10 carbon finance projects in two regions of the World Bank, South Asia and East Asia and the Pacific, focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency. He also has extensive knowledge in environmental protection issues. He holds an MS degree from Carnegie Mellon University focusing on environmental science and sustainability and BEng Degree from Tsinghua University in China.
