Yi Rong “Billy” Hoo serves as an Economist (consultant) within the Water Global Practice at the World Bank. His work includes analytical and advisory services, impact evaluations, and providing operational and technical support to lending operations. His areas of interests include water security, climate change, and sustainable development. Billy holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
