Zeynep Darendeliler develops effective systems and provides pragmatic support on social risk management in large and small infrastructure projects. In addition to project work, she assesses environmental and social risk management systems of government institutions, non-government organizations and companies; provides advice on improving systems; and trains staff on international social standards. She currently works as a consultant for different public and private sector clients. Prior to this, she worked at the World Bank as a Senior Social Development Specialist for ten years, based in Washington DC, Turkey, and Myanmar. Zeynep holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
