Daria Ulybina is a Consultant at the World Bank in Washington, DC. She is part of the Global Trade and Regional Integration team. She joined the World Bank in 2019 and has worked on Logistics Performance Index (2023), Trade Watch and a variety of topics on trade logistics, connectivity, big data and trade policy. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The Georgetown University, a B.Sc. in Economics from The George Washington University.
