Daniel Nogueira-Budny

Daniel Nogueira-Budny works for the World Bank on issues of open government, open data, and public financial management in Africa. His professional background includes the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Center for Development Studies (CENDES) at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Nogueira-Budny holds a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, a Master's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. He has published in the fields of political parties and party systems, public sector reform, and good governance.
