Afef Bedhiafi is a director at Deloitte Consulting Tunisia within the international donors’ practice. She has more than 15 years of professional experience supporting SMEs across Africa. Afef has led major projects to define national and sectoral strategies in the public and private sectors, on several topics, notably by assisting SMEs through the implementation of capacity building programs. More recently Afef managed capacity building projects targeting women entrepreneurs, such as, the training on eCommerce for WSME in Djibouti (as part of the WeFi Program) and FARMER project in Tunisia, funded by the US Department of State, which aims to assist women entrepreneurs in the agrobusiness field.

Thanks to these engagements, Afef has acquired a unique expertise in the fields of market analysis, capacity building, e-commerce and digital marketing, female entrepreneurship and project management.
