Ceylan Oymak is a consultant with the World Bank’s Development Prospects Group. Prior to the World Bank, she worked at the Brookings Institution and American Institutes for Research. She has a M.A. degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and B.A degree from Clark University.
