Nisha Arekapudi leads research on access to justice for the World Bank Group’s Women, Business and the Law project. Before joining the World Bank, Nisha worked as a Senior Research Associate for the Public International Law & Policy Group, and as a law clerk at the US Departments of State and Justice. Nisha is a member of the New York State Bar and graduated cum laude with a JD/MA from American University’s Washington College of Law and School of International Service. She speaks Spanish.
