Timothy Clay works with the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice at the World Bank and provides analytical, operational, and M&E support on various projects. His interests lie in the promotion of efficient and fair labor markets, jobs and fragility, and climate change. Prior to joining the Bank, Timothy consulted for the International Labor Organization providing analytical support on social security design and financing. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and International Affairs and a dual M.Sc. in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and the United Nations University Merit (UNU-Merit).
