Yasmine Sampomaa Acheampong is an Operations Officer with the World Bank’s Operations Policy and Country Services (OPCS). Her work and experience have focused on promoting gender equality, food security and rural development while working with Civil Society Organizations and international development institutions. Born and raised in Ghana, Yasmine has worked with Oxfam, the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and with the CSIS Global Food Security Program. She holds a Master’s in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
