A new help desk aims to give data users a voice

This page in:

As part of our Open Data initiative, we’ve just launched a new World Bank Data Help Desk, a platform that integrates feedback, help desk, and knowledge management tools into one easy-to-use platform. We hope it will empower users to get quicker answers to their questions, and encourage a dialogue about how to improve data for development.

Give Feedback (we want to hear from you!)

You can now easily submit and discuss feedback and ideas in forums - post  a comment using either your name and email address, or sign in using your Google or Facebook accounts (there's no need to sign up for a new account). Visit any of the existing forums to join existing conversations on data, or submit your own ideas and start a new discussion.

Knowledge base

Our new Knowledge Base is a great tool that can provide you with instant answers to common questions. Browse through our list of topics for quick answers, or “Ask a Question”: as you type in a phrase or key word, you'll see any relevant Knowledge Base articles on the left side

Still have questions?

Still haven’t found what you’re looking for? Then contact us directly for support! Just click the “Ask a Question” button on the Helpdesk site or click the “Help/Feedback” button on the bottom of every page on the Open Data website - and send us a message. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, normally within 3 days.
