Abdoulaye Fabregas is a Governance Specialist at the World Bank, in Washington DC, where he works with the Open Contracting team of the Governance Global Practice since 2014. Previously, Abdoulaye worked as Policy Officer on Development Finance for French NGO Action Contre la Faim, conducting research and advocacy on development finance and aid transparency. Abdoulaye also worked as Junior Economist for the French Ministry of Economics and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a Master in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in Development Economics from the University of Paris-Dauphine.
