Akihiro Tsuchiya is the Director of the MDB Division at the Ministry of Finance of Japan. Prior to that he was the Director, G20/G7 and IMF issues, International Bureau. Mr. Tsuchiya has been with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Japan, since 2005. He has a LLB from University of Tokyo and MPA from Princeton University.
