Alessandro Tomarchio is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his BA in the same field at the Universidad de Piura; he is also an Economist (on leave) at the Central Bank of Peru. He is interested in the intersection between finance and development, and in international economics.
