Alexandra Klöpfer manages communications for IFC Treasury, directly supporting the Vice President and Treasurer. She also advises the treasury client solutions and market operations teams on external positioning and branding, and manages media relationships and key treasury conferences and events.
Prior to joining IFC Treasury in 2012, Alexandra worked on corporate communications for IFC. She has also held a number of communications positions across the World Bank, focusing on a diverse range of topics including environment, information and communication technologies for development, and capacity building.
Alexandra holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, both from Georgetown University.
