Anders Berntell is a biologist by training, working within the field of water, environment and development for more than 30 years. Formerly he worked 10 years as Executive Director of the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI); and as a Water Director for the Swedish Ministry of the Environment. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the 2030 Water Resources Group, a public-private-civil society global initiative aimed at supporting governments accelerate their progress towards water security.
