World Bank Senior Economist

Andrew Blackman is a World Bank Senior Economist for the Pacific region. He works with governments across the Pacific on macroeconomic issues and Development Policy Operations. Prior to joining the World Bank’s Pacific team, Andrew was an adviser to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Policy in Ecuador. He has also worked with the World Bank in Indonesia and the Africa region, as a research fellow in a Nigerian think tank, and with the Australian Department of the Treasury. Andrew holds a Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School.
