Anita is a consultant working as a public sector specialist with the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank. She’s passionate about driving institutional change in governments with a special focus on civil service reform and infrastructure governance. She is a graduate of the Master of Public Policy of the University of Oxford and has over seven years of experience supporting governance reforms with various international organizations and as a think tanker. Her primary regional focus is Eastern Europe with additional experience in Latin America and Eastern Africa.
