Anne Paschke is a university professor for public law and technology law at the TU Braunschweig. There, she is also Director of the Institute of Legal Studies and Head of the Mobility Law Research Unit. In her research, she specialises in legal topics in digitalisation, in the areas of data use and data protection, e-commerce, e-government and e-health. Since 2019, she has also been deputy head of the division for general digital policy issues at the Federal Chancellery. She has many years of experience in teaching digital skills and in digitisation projects for the administration.
