Bojana Naceva works as a Senior Education Specialist, based in Skopje, Macedonia. Ms. Naceva works on projects related to education, early childhood education, and social policy issues in Western Balkans. She brings 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of education and ECD programs across diverse contexts. Currently, she is Task Team Leader for the Serbia Inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care Project, Social Services Improvement Project, and Primary Education Improvement Project. Ms. Naceva holds a Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius, University of Skopje, in the area of National Large Scale Assessment, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius, University of Skopje.
