Carina is an Urban Specialist working at the Latin America and Caribbean Urban and Disaster Risk Management Unit. Carina specializes in the design and implementation of urban and housing policies and programs with a particular emphasis on climate change mitigation, gender-inclusive urban design and low-carbon urban regeneration. She previously worked at the Inter-American Development Bank and is a graduate from Columbia University and the University of Cambridge.
