Carmen is a consultant in the World Bank Group’s Global Education Practice, where she works on implementation of projects and supports activities in the Dominican Republic. Carmen has been working for several years in the education policy sector of the Dominican Republic, mainly in the implementation and monitoring of education impact evaluations. She holds a B.A in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo.
