Carolina Kern is a Health Specialist (Consultant), based in the World Bank office in Geneva. She works on partnership development and interagency coordination with specific focus on conducting joint analytics and supporting co-financed health operations with Gavi and the Global Fund. She represents the World Bank on various Gavi technical groups as well as global-level fora such as the Sustainable Financing for Health Accelerator and the P4H Network. She has worked for the Global Financing Facility, WHO and the Gates Foundation, predominantly on health financing and alignment portfolios. Carolina holds a master’s in public health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
