Chris specializes in monitoring and evaluation, encompassing both operational and analytical work. His goal is to help projects succeed through data-driven decision-making. Since joining the Bank as a consultant in 2019, he has supported task teams in Afghanistan, India, and DR Congo to design M&E approaches, conduct data collection and analysis, and translate results into actionable recommendations. Previous to joining the Bank, Chris served as a consultant to UNICEF and Médecins sans Frontières. He is the author or co-author of over 20 peer-reviewed publications and earned a Doctor of Science degree in Epidemiology from Harvard University.
