David Tucker is a communications associate for the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) at the World Bank. Prior to the World Bank, David worked for the U.S. Department of Labor and the State Department, working on communications and foreign affairs. David holds an M.A. in International Development from Seton Hall University, and a B.S. in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
