Enagnon Ernest Eric Adda is a Senior Public Sector Specialist, based in Dakar leading public finance management, State-Owned Enterprise, and fiscal decentralization reforms. He has an extensive experience with the PforR instrument both in the West and Central Africa Region, and East and South Africa Region. He conducted many initiatives leading to the strengthening of countries' PFM systems. Prior to joining the World Bank, he was Deputy Manager at the Central Bank of West Africa States where he contributed to the strengthening the internal control system. Eric Adda is a Chartered Public Accountant (France), and holds a Master degree in Audit and Cost accounting from the Cheick Anta Diop University (Senegal). He published on transitioning to the International Public Sector Accounting (IPSAS) and strengthening the use of the country system for better outcomes in development assistance.
