Fabian Hinojosa is a Transport Specialist at the World Bank, based in the Bolivia Country Office. Since 2018, the year he joined the Bank, he works for the Latin America and the Caribbean region and acts as focal point and co-Task Team Leader for the Bank's transport portfolio projects in Bolivia. Before joining the Bank, Fabian developed a valuable experience of 11 years in consulting firms, as a transport specialist and project manager, in Latin America and Europe. He worked in all phases of planning, design, execution and supervision of urban and interurban transportation projects in a wide variety of modes: metro, light rail, BRT, non-motorized, highways.
Fabian is an engineer graduated from the Institut Mines Telecom - Atlantique (France) and holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the Institut de Sciences Politiques de Rennes (France), specialized in urban services planning in developing countries.
