Farima is a consultant with the World Bank's Poverty and Equity Global Practice, working on gender issues in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her in-country work experience includes Colombia, Peru, and Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a MA in International Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
