Ferdinand Pecson is the Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines, which drives the National PPP program and serves as the central coordinating and monitoring agency for all PPP projects in the country. Prior to his current position, Ferdinand worked in senior positions for FLSmidth, a leading supplier of equipment, services and expertise to the minerals and cement industries, in Denmark and Egypt. He also served as Vice President at Holcim Philippines, a building materials company. Mr. Pecson holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a PhD in Energy Engineering/Alternative Fuels from the University of the Philippines.
