Hratchia Lylozian is a Research Associate at the Avedisian Onanian Center for Health Services Research and Development (CHSR) of the American University of Armenia. He is managing the field operations of the “Entrepreneurs in Health” program conducted within the Turpanjian Rural Development Program in collaboration with the CHSR. Previously, he was a monitoring and evaluation expert, and Tuberculosis Services Quality Assurance and Research Expert at the National Tuberculosis Control Centre of the Ministry of Health of Armenia. He has also worked as a consultant for international organizations such as the World Health Organization, and the World Bank. He holds a medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University, and a Master of Public Health from the American University of Armenia.
