Ibrahim Ali Khan is a consultant working with the Global Partnership for Results-Based Approaches (GPRBA). Before joining the World Bank, he received a Master of Public Administration, concentrating in Urban and Social Policy from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University. He also has degrees in law (LL.B.) and commerce (B.com (Hons)) from the University of Delhi.
