Mr. Jamal Mustafa Shoro is STC for the Livelihood Component of the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project. Mr. Shoro implemented several projects and programs in rural areas of Sindh through his 20 plus years’ experience. He possesses diverse experience in the field of community development, poverty reduction programs, program design and development, monitoring, evaluation and research.
