Jeff Chelsky is Program Manager for Operations Monitoring and Analysis at the World Bank and co-chairs along with IFC, the WBG Working Group on Mobilization. He previously managed the Bank’s relationship with the G20, coordinating the preparation of the 2013 Umbrella Report on Long Term Investment Financing for Growth and Development and representing the Bank on the G20 Investment and Infrastructure Working Group (IIWG) and the Framework Working Group. Prior to coming to the Bank in 2008, he worked in various capacities at the International Monetary Fund, including as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director representing Canada, Ireland, and the Caribbean, on IMF staff, and in the Fund’s Independent Evaluation Office. Before coming to Washington, D.C., he worked as a senior economist and senior project leader for the Canadian Department of Finance and Industry Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen’s University.
