Jessie F. McComb is a Senior Private Sector Development Specialist and tourism expert with the World Bank Group’s Global Tourism Team in the Trade Investment and Competitiveness Division. She has deep experience working with governments, businesses, and communities to leverage tourism for economic development and sector growth. Jessie is passionate about improved destination management and marketing and firm development through evidence-based decision-making. Her work at the World Bank specifically focuses on sustainable and inclusive sector recovery, digital transformation of tourism, small island developing states, and tourism MSMEs. Jessie holds a Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University with a concentration in Sustainable Destination Management.
