Josh Martin is a Senior Associate at ideas42, responsible for managing behavioral design projects with international government partners. Prior to joining ideas42, Josh was a policy advisor (Fulbright-Clinton Fellow) in Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Planning and Development. A graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Josh’s policy research has included works on livelihoods, conflict and governance in developing countries. Josh speaks fluent Arabic and French.
