Julia Kennedy is a PPP Adviser with the European PPP Expertise Centre (EPEC) at the European Investment Bank, involved in a variety of initiatives to help the public sector’s delivery of PPPs across the EU. Prior to joining EPEC Julia worked on PPPs in the UK, initially as a legal adviser for a major commercial law firm and latterly as part of a team at the Scottish Futures Trust responsible for delivering a £3.5bn PPP programme in Scotland.
