Junu Shrestha is a Senior Environmental Specialist in the Environment, Natural Resources, and Blue Economy Global Practice in the East Asia & Pacific region. She is based in the World Bank Korea Office, where she is engaged in the advancement of the brown agenda and facilitating knowledge sharing on the topic throughout the region. Since joining the Bank, she has worked on programs focusing on climate change financing, resilience, pollution, and landscape management in various regions of the Bank. Junu holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering and Water Resources from Princeton University.
