Justin Valentine is the Managing Partner of Valent - a global strategy and operations consulting firm – focused on strategic planning, technology portfolio management, project preparation, and procurement advisory services for the International Financial Institutions (IFIs), Governments, US Government Agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. He has over 19 years of management consulting, solution design, strategic sourcing, and supplier development experience, where he has been responsible for sourcing over $10 billion in goods and services. He is currently advising the World Bank on global knowledge products such as the Global Public Procurement Database.
He has an MA in International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a BA from the University of Virginia, and completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He currently serves as Vice President for the Board of Trustees for Two Rivers Charter School system.
