Lachlan McDonald is an economist with expertise in applied economics, macro-fiscal and public financial management, governance, health financing and social protection. He has worked in low- and middle-income countries and fragile and conflict-affected states across Asia and the Pacific for nearly two decades. He is an ex-ODI fellow and consultant in the World Bank and holds PhD in Development Economics from RMIT University.
