Lucia Casap is an Operations Officer in the World Bank’s Education Global Practice based in Moldova. Before joining the Bank in 2016, she has worked as consultant in data analysis and project management for various national and international projects related to the education sector in the Republic of Moldova. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a PhD in Economics.
