Malcolm Ehrenpreis works to turn the evidence from the World Bank's Africa Region Gender Innovation Lab into policy . He joined the lab in 2013 from the World Bank's central gender team, where he played a central role in corporate-level efforts to promote gender equality by hellping formulate the Bank's strategy for gender and development over the past five years and overseeing its subsequent implementation. He has worked on gender in the World Bank since 2003, following stints in Bank offices in Timor Leste, in London and Paris.
