Maulshree Gangwar is an Education Consultant in the Education Global Practice of the World Bank. She joined the World Bank in 2017 and specializes in areas of global higher education policy, education financing, international student mobility, and international educational development. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked as a Program Evaluation Consultant with the New York City Department of Education.
Maulshree holds a Master of Education from Columbia University with a major in International Educational Development and a Master of Science in Biology from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
