Natalia Cubillos Salcedo is a trade economist at the World Bank Jakarta Office. She worked earlier in trade facilitation programs of the IFC operating out of Washington. She is from Colombia and studied at Harvard. Presently, she supports the Government of Indonesia's efforts to increase productivity in major ports of the country. Her work includes an assessment of the introduction of 24/7 services in ports, dwell time analysis in the port of Jakarta, strengthening Indonesia's national single window and monitoring Indonesia's logistics reform process.
