Nodira Meliboeva is an Education Specialist based in the World Bank Office in Uzbekistan. In 2019, she joined the ECA Education Team to work with the authorities on issues around education sector reform. Before joining the World Bank, Nodira worked at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent for 11 years, as an English Language Program Coordinator. In this role, she helped the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education to design and implement capacity-building projects for teachers of English. Nodira has a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts from Gulistan State University.
